Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of Bakoon, including the Bakoon mobile app and related services, provided by Fnova Labs LLC (“Fnova,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using Bakoon, you agree to these terms.

Bakoon is a wellness tool

Bakoon helps you set sleep goals, reflect on routines, and play with companions. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. Do not rely on Bakoon for medical decisions. Contact a qualified health professional with questions about your health, and contact emergency services for an emergency.

Your account and conduct

You must provide accurate information, keep access to your account secure, and use Bakoon lawfully. Do not misuse the service, interfere with other users, attempt to access data you are not authorized to access, or use Bakoon to harass, deceive, or harm anyone.

Sleep goals, challenges, and Dream Seeds

Sleep goals and challenges are optional motivational features. Results can be affected by device availability, permissions, time zones, and other factors. Dream Seeds and related in-app items are virtual, have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be changed or discontinued as Bakoon evolves.

Purchases and subscriptions

If Bakoon offers paid subscriptions or other purchases, they are processed through the applicable app store and subject to that store’s terms, pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules. We will present applicable price and renewal information before purchase.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or improve Bakoon. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Intellectual property

Bakoon, its software, designs, content, and trademarks are owned by Fnova or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use Bakoon for its intended purpose.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bakoon is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Fnova will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Bakoon.

Termination

You may stop using Bakoon at any time. We may suspend or end access when necessary to protect users, comply with law, or address a material violation of these terms.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the revised version here with a new effective date. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@bakoon.app.
